而絲印圖案的地方由於阻熔劑的作用，在圖案上的砂面不能熔融在玻璃面上。烘烤後透明的鐵空圖案便透過半透明的砂面顯現出來，形成種特殊的裝飾效果。

                      步殼印刷玻璃的蒙砂絲印



蒙砂是在玻璃製品上，黏附一定面積的玻璃色袖粉，經過580-600℃的高溫烘烤，使玻璃色釉粉塗層熔化在玻璃錶面，


並呈現出具有與玻璃主體不同顏色的一種裝飾方法。黏附玻璃色釉粉，可用排筆塗刷，亦可以用膠輥滾塗通過絲印加工，


可以得到蒙砂面的空圖案。其方法是：在玻璃製品錶面，絲印一層由阻熔劑形成的圖案紋樣，待印上的圖案紋樣風乾後，


再進行蒙砂加工。然後經過高溫烘烤，沒有圖案紋樣處的蒙砂面便熔融在玻璃面上，而絲印圖案的地方由於阻熔劑的作用，


在圖案上的砂面不能熔融在玻璃面上。烘烤後透明的鐵空圖案便透過半透明的砂面顯現出來，形成種特殊的裝飾效果。


蒙砂絲印阻熔劑由三氧化二鐵、滑石粉、黏土等組成。
