印刷廠常用的紙張種類①凸版印刷紙【步殼印刷】


    凸版印刷紙簡稱凸版紙,是輕工業部在20世紀50年代初根據中國木材資源貧乏、草類資源豐富的國情,組織造紙廠研製生產的、適用於凸版印刷書刊用紙的新品種。定量52gm3、60g(m3和70g/m3。有捲簡紙和平張紙之分。捲筒紙的寬度787m、880m、850mm;平張紙的規格為787mm×1092mm、850×1168mm和880x1230m。凸版紙分為A、B、C三個等級。可用於製造凸版紙的草類資源較多,有蘆葦、麥秸、稻草、竹、甘蔗渣等,其中以葦漿最好。考慮到讀者在書上批註時對紙張不洇水的要求,又要使紙在印刷過程中有利於油墨的滲透,在打漿過程中添加適量的膠料和填料,以80%左右草漿再配以20%左右木漿在長網機上抄造而成,也有用圓網機生產的。
