由於有光柵線的方向問題，立體印刷中加網角度與常規印刷不同，要避開光柵的方向，即90°方向。目前並沒有統一的加網角度規定，大多是憑經驗，適當配合一些試驗，同時也要根據設備的可加網角度確定，另外，加網角度與光柵的線數也有一定的關系，實踐表明：對於最常用的75pi柵，一般的加網角度為K=C=525°Y=23.5°，M=12.5加網角度選擇時要考慮兩個方面的因素：一是光柵的方向不能與印刷角度發生撞網；二是光柵線的方向。由於光柵透鏡有放大作用，如果加網方向與光柵線方向較接近，就會出現光柵線附近有粗糙的網點效果。為了減少和避免這種現象的發生，可以根據光柵線數和加網方向進行大致的計算和分析
