乾燥條件，都是金屬油墨印刷時要重視的問題。金屬印刷油墨在金屬印刷時，


首先要保證進料順利。對於不同厚度、不同性質的材料要考慮最佳的印刷油墨的內容。


風嘴吹力和吸嘴吸力，避免產生輸送不良的問題。不同的金屬板由於自身的重量不同，因此要隨時調節吹風嘴和吸嘴的氣量，直到最佳狀態。


另外，進料臺上疊合的金屬板之間的吸附力很大，很難分開。可在進料處加兩塊馬蹄形磁鐵，利用同一磁場內，


同性相斥的原理從而使金屬板之間產生縫隙而容易分開，再加上吹風嘴的吹力，金屬就會很順利地輸送了。壓力的輕重對金屬印刷品的影響很大，


滾筒壓力的調節是機器操作的關鍵，在調節滾禽壓力時，要考慮金屬板的厚度。壓力太輕，印刷品的網點發虛，壓力太重網點變形。


其中印版滾筒和橡皮滾簡包襯材料的選擇是主要因素，印刷滾筒的包襯應以軟性包襯和中性包襯為主，要對包襯的性質、厚度進行詳細的記錄，


這樣有利於質量的穩定。同時還要調節好傳墨系統、傳水系統的壓力，保證墨量的均勻一致。
