瓦楞紙板生產設備主要有單機生產設備：​（瓦愣機、膠水機、壓痕碰線機，開槽機、訂箱機等），瓦楞紙板聯動機生產設備。

             定做紙盒瓦楞紙板的生產

瓦楞紙板使用的主要原料有植物纖維製成的箱紙板、瓦楞原紙、茶紙板、白紙板等，現在也採用鈣塑紙復合成鈣塑瓦楞紙板。

然後製成紙箱等，鈣塑合成紙使用原料主要有樹脂。填料和助劑三類增加了其板生產工之液主要由以下幾個步驟完成壓合特殊性能。

根據生產通知單規定的用紙規格，尺寸等要求，對用紙進行截切，再在瓦楞機上壓制瓦，瓦楞紙規格要適當，續紙要平穩，

壓提溫度應控制在230-250℃，把瓦楞芯紙通過上膠機上膠，然後把面紙徒上，得到瓦楞紙板。

瓦楞紙板再經過模切壓痕得到紙箱，瓦楞紙板生產設備主要有單機生產設備：

（瓦愣機、膠水機、壓痕碰線機，開槽機、訂箱機等），瓦楞紙板聯動機生產設備。
