添加潤版液，從環境要求方面應不使用，但是所具有的動態錶面張力低和增黏性的特為保證水墨平衡，可以使用1%15%的酒精潤版液，

或者在潤版液中卻入其他醇類溶點，在當前還是非吸收體印刷中不可缺少的，以利於提高印刷質量。建議潤版液的pH值保持在5.5-60，溫度保持在9-15℃。

由於合成紙不具有紙張的吸收性能，印版上的供水量應減少10%-20%，否則會影響油墨乾燥意的得它的表的製造總之，由於合成特應技不同，

也加大了印刷工藝的難度，從油墨吸收來講，因為普通膠印轉移的油墨墨量比較小一次定成實地的印劇，所以合成紙更適合轉移墨量較多的柔印，
