軟包裝印刷使用的材4.復合簿膜

復合薄膜被廣泛用於食品的外包裝，如商場的快餐食品、速凍食品，膨化食品等。復合膜既可保持單層膜的優良特性，又可彌補各自不足，以滿足商品對薄膜的不同要求食品包裝要求薄膜具有防潮、防氣、防光、耐油、耐高溫、耐酸鹼、熱封性好等優良性能，同時還具有良好的印刷適性和裝飾藝術效果，這是某一種薄膜難以達到的。使用較多的E膜，雖然具有極好的透明性、防潮性、耐熱性、化學穩定性，但它的耐油性、抗氧性有限，印刷適性差。PET、PA薄膜有較高的抗張強度和疲勞強度，但前者防潮性差，後者熱封性和抗化學性差。

PE（玻璃紙）透明度極好，不帶靜電、不易污染、易黏合，但韌性、耐水性與防潮性都差。鋁箔具有閃爍的金屬光澤和熱導性能，能夠阻隔潮氣、蒸氣、光線、油脂等，但存在易破裂、峽乏柔軟性、黏合性差等缺點。如果各層薄膜復合在一起，就可同時具有防潮、防氣、阻光、耐熱、耐油、熱封性好等優良性質，成為比較理想的包裝材料。
