鋁箔復合材料印刷的印前預處理

鋁箔置於空氣中，錶面會立即生成一層非常薄的緻密氧化層，如果氧化層沒有臟污，油墨對其有著良好的附著力，但在實際生產中總是會受到潤滑劑及環境灰塵等物質的沾染，形成極薄的膜層，影響油墨的附著。

為了提高油墨與面之間的黏附強度，鋁印前都必須進行印前處理，以去除錶面臟污，增強油墨與箔而之間的附著力鋁箔紙易受環境溫度、濕度的影響，因此要控制好印刷車間的溫度，濕度，溫度保持在25℃，相對濕度保持在60%-65%，對尚未印刷的鋁箔紙要進行預處理，先把鋁箔紙敲松，防止其相互粘連，然後再敲平。

對於捲曲的鋁箔紙，可用小木棒在明口及兩邊敲成扇狀微凸形，使其挺括，不捲曲。

在已敲好的鋁紙堆上面，覆蓋一層平整的壓物，避免鋁箔紙再次受到環境相對濕度的影響而捲曲。
