印刷廠所使用的的瓦楞紙的種類

紙板的分類方法較多，從瓦紙板橫截面看到的形，瓦形狀可以分為形，V、U、y形三種，因瓦齒形的不同，其緩沖性能也不一樣，UV形瓦介於U形瓦楞和V形瓦擺之間，圓弧半徑也介於兩者之間，因而兼有兩者的優點，耐壓強度高、承載能力強並且剛性及防震、彈性都比較好，所以被應用於各類包裝中。

根據瓦楞撈型即瓦楞的高度、單位長度、瓦楞個數來對瓦楞紙板進行分類，是國際上種比較通行的方法。我國將瓦楞分為A、B、C、E、F五種。。根據GBT6544-2008瓦楞紙板規定，我國將瓦楞紙板分為單瓦楞、雙瓦楞和三瓦愣三大類其中單瓦楞、雙瓦楞紙板可根據使用的原紙質量與定量不同分為兩個等級五個種類，三瓦楞紙板分為兩個等級四個種類，共28種瓦楞紙板，對每種瓦楞紙板都有具體的質量要求，品種及其表示方法可參見國家的相關標準。
