印刷廠使用合成紙印刷時的註意事項有哪些

(1)印前準備


①印刷時才可拆除外包裝。


②拿取合成紙進行裁切及在給紙機輸紙台堆放合成紙時,務必戴上手套。


③印刷機配置的靜電消除器一定要正常合成紙在印刷前需要在印刷車間中存放48小時,以適應印刷車間的環境


(2)印刷


①因合成紙不吸水,所以版面用水量務必調整至最少,並保持平衡,潤濕液pH值應保持在5.5~6.0,溫度宜控制在25℃,潤濕液中需添加10%-15%的酒精


②合成紙因具有輕微的彈性,所以印刷壓力較普通紙要酌量增加同時盡量用酒精潤版的四色膠印機印刷。


③雙面印刷時,先印圖文較少的一面,噴粉盡量均勻且最小。


④合成紙印刷使用的油墨採用了專門配方,印刷速度最高可達1000小時(可根據紙張厚薄和印刷圖文面積大小而調整)。

(3)印後

①收紙臺上印好的合成紙印品要以隔板堆疊,隔板間堆疊高度不要超過15cm。


②在印刷墨層未徹底乾燥之前不要搬移而使紙堆受到震動,以免使尚未完全乾燥的印品因墨層表皮遭受破壞而產生背面粘臟


③乾燥時間視印刷機種類、印版圖文色濃度大小而增減,4~5小時後印品表層乾燥,可進行後續印刷;12-24小時後,印品完全乾燥就能夠裁切加工。
