印刷廠使用無碳復寫紙印刷要註意什麽


(1)採購和使用無碳復寫紙時,最好用同一家公司生產的相同品牌的上、中、下紙搭配,並且生產日期不要相隔太久。

(2)採購無碳復寫紙時,要考慮其印刷適性。例如:錶面強度決定是否掉粉、掉毛、產生糊版;不透明度高可減少透印;紙張的勻度好可減少印刷起皺;平滑度決定印刷壓力和油墨用量;錶面吸收性影響油墨的吸收,吸收不好容易出現模糊不清及反面粘臟;緊度反映紙的可塑性,可塑性好的可在較小壓力下印刷,減少印刷泛藍,提高產品質量。


(3)印刷時應分清無碳復寫紙的功能面,避免弄錯而導致印刷品報廢。在實際中可以通過用眼看或者用手摸來分辨,用手摸紙時,CF面比較平滑,CB面比較粗糙;用眼分辨時,CF面光澤度好且反光,CB面粗糙,未塗布的原紙面能看見一根根的纖維。


(4)印刷環境力求恆溫、恆濕。


(5)印刷時盡量做到“三小”(墨小、水小、壓力小),在工藝設計中盡可能用小幅面印刷,以免發生套印故障。


(6)無碳復寫紙印刷不能使用酒精,酒精會引起發色暫時失效。


(7)為避免CF面掉毛、掉粉,須使用黏度較低或中等黏度的油墨降低印刷的車速,並經常清洗橡皮布。


(8)無碳復寫紙屬於低定量的紙張,輕薄、柔軟,單張紙輸紙時常發生困難,所以,要對紙張進行輕微敲勒處理。
