印刷廠使用鋁箔紙印刷應註意什麽

膠印機上進行鋁箔紙印刷的難點主要是印品乾性不良和粘臟兩大弊病。因此,鋁箔紙在膠印中要特別註意


(1)控制環境溫濕度。


(2)選擇油墨時應註意其乾燥機理必須以氧化結膜為主,這樣油墨在墨輥上不易乾燥,而印刷到鋁箔紙上能迅速乾燥。現有鋁箔紙專用油墨。


(3)印刷油墨不宜過稠。由於鋁箔紙錶面光滑,吸附力差,所以要通過增加油墨的流動性來降低橡皮布與油墨之間的吸附力,使之能在適當的壓力作用下順利轉印到鋁箔紙上。


(4)保持最小供液量。鋁箔紙在不善於吸收油墨的同時,也不善於吸收潤濕液,為此,可在印版不掛臟的情況下,盡量減少供液量。

(5)採取防粘臟措施


①適當增加乾燥劑的加放量


②加放隔紙架,每50~100印張放一隔紙架,使印張分層擺放,可有效防止粘臟。由於鋁箔紙的印刷難點往往難以剋服,目前普遍採用UV膠印。
