膠印承印物常用印刷紙張四、白板紙

白板紙是一種厚度較大的硬型紙板,又稱白卡紙,是紙板中較高級的品種。白板紙是由面層、芯層和底層黏合而成的,其包裝形式為平板紙。白板紙有單面和雙面兩個品種,雙面白板紙又稱白卡紙。包裝印刷中主要使用單面白板紙,單面白板紙根據面層的不同,有普通和塗料兩大類;根據底層的不同,有灰底和白底兩種。普通白板紙按照定量的不同,常用的從300ym2至450g/m2有四種。

白板紙的面層使用100%的漂白化學木漿製成,或採用漂白破布漿與漂白草漿混合製造,適量加入增白劑。芯層使用機械木漿或加入廢紙漿、葦漿、草漿等製造。底層使用廢紙漿製造,適量加填及施膠。


白板紙的面層因選用漂白化學木漿,又有一定比例的填料和膠料並經過多輥壓光,所以白度好,平滑度及錶面強度較高,具有一定的抗水性,伸縮性小,吸墨性適中且比較均勻。白板紙的厚度大,纖維組織均勻,紙質緊密、強韌、不透明,抗張強度及耐折度等機械性能較高。白板紙的含水量較高,芯層和底層的抗水性差,伸縮性大。
