塗料紙在印刷時應註意什麽

塗料紙在印刷時應註意什麽

(1)由於塗料紙的彈性不高,所以印刷壓力不宜過大。


(2)塗料紙的白度高,所以必須選用亮光型或樹脂型油墨與紙張相配合,才能保證印刷品的亮度。


(3)塗料紙吸墨性差,所以印刷過程中要採取一定的措施,防止印刷品背面粘臟和乾燥緩慢等弊病。


(4)印刷塗料紙時,應特別註重油墨的適性調配。具體的講就是油墨的黏性與黏度調整,以免引起掉粉、掉毛、分層等故障。


(5)對於低定量的銅版紙或輕塗紙,由於紙薄,所以要註意輸紙的調整。
