​如果使用陽離子黏合劑覆膜就很容易使每平方米殘餘溶劑的含量降至非常低。這種覆膜黏合劑，如今在聚乙烯、聚醚金屬片基等材料上都可使用。

                 定做紙盒陽離子覆膜工藝

凹版印刷的印刷速度很快，採用聯線覆膜加工時，經常會出現覆膜乾燥不透的情況，所以往往要採用脫線覆膜的方式進行覆膜加工。

在柔性版印刷中，由於印刷速度相對要低些，所以採用在機覆膜井固化，而且還可以聯線裁切至成品。

如果使用陽離子黏合劑覆膜就很容易使每平方米殘餘溶劑的含量降至非常低。這種覆膜黏合劑，如今在聚乙烯、聚醚金屬片基等材料上都可使用。


收縮膜印刷絕大多數由凹版印刷完成，極少數採用柔印進行。現在，收縮膜印刷使用的基本上是溶劑型油墨。

雖然UN固化型油墨也可以完成收縮膜的印刷而且沒有溶劑揮發，但當收縮量達到70%時，UV油墨所表現的附著性較差。

而陽離子油墨已通過這種要求的測試，成為OPS、PVC和OP材料獨一無二的油墨系統。
