​香味油墨在生產過程中，油墨的成分與普通油墨相同，其中香味油墨在製作時，由於香料微膠囊的尺寸很小，黏附聚集在一起後會形成比之大許最主要的技術是制備微膠囊。

                         香味油墨包裝盒定做

作為香味印刷的一種功能性油墨，香味油墨主要由連結料、色料、助劑和香料微膠囊組成。其中，油墨的主要組成為酯類、醇或酮、芳烴類；

香料的主要成分是醇、酚、醚、醛、酮或酯等，在一般情況下，兩者能夠共存。

最初，香味印刷的油墨，大都採用合成的香精或天然香料直接混入印刷油墨內印刷初期香味濃鬱，但香味持續時間短，不久香味就會損失殆盡。


利用微膠囊技術合成香味微膠囊，調配成香味油墨，在香味印刷品使用過程中，因摩擦等行為擠破微膠囊而釋放出香味，保持了香味的穩定性與持久性。

香味油墨在生產過程中，油墨的成分與普通油墨相同，其中香味油墨在製作時，由於香料微膠囊的尺寸很小，黏附聚集在一起後會形成比之大許最主要的技術是制備微膠囊。

香精的組成十分復雜，且香精中含有的有機物成分多是易揮發、化學性質不穩定的物質，所以在使用和儲存期，難免會再發敢失或分解變質。
