油墨中常用蠟類物質來改善油墨的耐摩擦性能，降低其黏性。油墨用蠟要有高熔點和微結品的性能。

                          畫冊印刷輔助劑的使用


光敏劑是增加體系光分解或激發的化合物。使用時可先在光固化連結料中加入少量的光鍛劑，

然後配墨時再加入一部分或在配墨時直接加入光敏物質。


油墨中常用蠟類物質來改善油墨的耐摩擦性能，降低其黏性。油墨用蠟要有高熔點和微結品的性能。

如微結晶蠟和聚乙烯蠟、另外還加少量的叔胺類、磷化氫的衍生物等作為輔助劑。

光固化油墨之間可以相互混合，但不能與一般油墨混合使用，印刷過程中需要更換油墨時，需用專用的光固化油墨清洗劑認真清洗傳墨裝置，

清洗劑不能殘留在墨輥及橡皮布和水輥上，以免引起油墨乾燥和附著不良。輔助料中有減黏劑、催乾劑和堅膜劑。

減黏劑用於降低油墨的黏度，添加量宜在5%以內，超過此量時會降低油墨的硬化性；催乾劑用於增加光固化油墨的固化速度，添加量宜在2%以內；

堅膜劑最大限度為10%，超過此量亳無效果。該輔助劑是光固化油墨的專用品不得使用一般的輔助劑。
