這種依靠光裂解原理的引發劑應用於厚膜時，其固化效果會比提氫型引發劑提供更佳的“完全固化”效果。

            定做紙盒UV固化油墨

金屬裝飾用UV固化油墨可分為白色底塗料和彩色油墨兩類。為使白色塗料的遮蓋力強，配方中的顏料約占配方的50%，

但配製時還要兼顧遮蓋力和適當的樹脂顏料比值，以確保油墨在固化後性能良好。金屬片材裝飾油墨所需的黏度通常比紙板油墨要高，

油墨的選擇要根據固化速率和物化性能綜合考慮。只要不影響油墨的固化速率，就可以適當加入芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯，以增強固化塗層的綜合性能。

復合光引發劑組的選擇必須顧及固化厚度和不透明油墨的要求，可使用硫雜蒽酮類引發劑。雖然這類引發劑可能導致塗層泛黃，但加入微量紫羅蘭色調色劑可將其掩蓋。

或者用水白色的 Irgacure65或DEAP，這種依靠光裂解原理的引發劑應用於厚膜時，其固化效果會比提氫型引發劑提供更佳的“完全固化”效果。

這是因為引發劑在UV燈下感光後，會繼續熱分解。如果用乾法膠印方式印刷，也可考慮三乙胺等其他胺類聚合物。

對於白色油墨，因為胺的氧化產物常常是有色的，且隨著時間的推移會使塗層泛黃，所以活化劑的用量應盡種印刷油墨及應用固化油墨在固化時不需要經歷高溫，

但有時印品也要經蒸汽消毒，如食品包裝，所以油墨也要具有耐高溫的特性。
