這種類型的油墨具有印刷容易、耐光性、耐氣候性強及色澤好等優點，但乾燥較慢，耐溶劑性、耐熱性較差。

                 金屬絲網印刷油墨畫冊印刷


金屬絲網印刷油墨與其他絲網印刷油墨有著很大差異。金屬絲網印刷油墨有氧化聚合型、揮發乾燥型、熱反應型及特殊網印油墨等。


這種類型的油墨具有印刷容易、耐光性、耐氣候性強及色澤好等優點，但乾燥較慢，耐溶劑性、耐熱性較差。

適用於鋁、鐵、銅及銅合金等材料製品的錶面印刷80℃下，約需30min或加於自然乾在室溫下需46，加熱乾燥時在氧化聚合型白墨成分：

連結料59.5%，其中豆油改性醇酸樹脂31.5%，溶劑為27%（石油系脂肪族烴）；色料40.5%6，其中二氧化鈦37%，基體3.5%（沉澱性硫酸鋇）。

其他彩色油墨的成分也大致相同，但應根據所用顏料的著色力差別，改變色劑比。印刷時油墨用量約為1688-948m2/；溶劑選用礦質松節油；適用於用各種型號的絲網製作的各種型號的印版


這種類型的油墨是在溶劑中溶化適量的樹脂經著色製成，印刷後因溶劑蒸發而固化。其耐溶劑性差，使用的樹脂多數為硝化纖維素樹脂及聚酯樹脂混合物。

其在常溫下乾燥時間為20-40min+用量約2338-24.68m2/L；稀料為揮發性漆稀料蝕這種油墨的優點：如乾燥時間適當，

有光澤：除紅墨外、一般不怕大氣中有害氣體適用於金塗飾面（揮發性漆、丙縮酸）。
