環氧和氨基型多屬於烘烤型油墨，油墨必須進行加熱固化，固化後的膜層為了滿足油墨層在金屬加工中不產生墨層脆裂、局部脫落等現象，

              定做紙盒金屬網印油墨

油墨、兩液（雙組分）反應型油墨、熱固油墨等金屬網印油墨品種較多，有環氧樹脂型、氨基樹脂型等，從印刷效果來看又有光亮型。


亞光型其中，環氧和氨基型多屬於烘烤型油墨，油墨必須進行加熱固化，固化後的膜層為了滿足油墨層在金屬加工中不產生墨層脆裂、局部脫落等現象，

金屬網印油墨應具備有較好的耐溶劑性附著力強，硬度和拉伸性好的特性，使用金屬烘烤型油墨，要嚴格按油墨的技術參數操作不能在油墨中加入油性稀料，

有的要在120℃烘s0mmn後再絲印油墨，不經烘烤的塗層，容易被油墨溶蝕、破壞底層塗料。環氧層塗料錶面適宜用環氧型油墨，塗料層要先固化後網印，

以防溶蝕塗層。定做紙盒烘烤型金屬油墨的黏度會隨著時間的延長而增大，直至乾固不能使用，輕微時會產生拉絲現象。

尤其是炎熱的夏天，油墨易變質網印金屬油墨的輔料有稀釋劑、慢乾劑、消泡劑幾種。
