乾膜厚為5-6m使用時也可一次塗布，工藝條件與塗布第二層的相同，乾膜厚度也要達到8其附著力、耐蝕性及色澤要比塗布兩層的稍差。

合成樹脂塗料E=318具有優良的耐蝕性能，最適宜用做盛裝腐蝕性強的醫藥、化工產品包裝罐（如農藥罐）的內塗料，為增強其耐蝕性及裝飾效果，

該塗料要塗覆兩層：第塗料的黏度為18-20，在160-165℃的條件下烘乾12-15mimn，膜層無色透明，乾膜厚3-4um：第二層塗料的黏度為20-22，在100-200的條件下烘12-15min，

膜層為金黃色（類似金油DCS2），乾膜厚為5-6m使用時也可一次塗布，工藝條件與塗布第二層的相同，乾膜厚度也要達到8其附著力、耐蝕性及色澤要比塗布兩層的稍差。


有良好的覆蓋性能，對化學品有優良的耐腐蝕性。它對硫化物離子有阻斷性而使其不能穿透塗層，適用於肉，魚、疏菜、湯等的容器塗層，但對馬口鐵錶面的附著性較差，

尤其是在塗層厚度大於3-4m時，塗層的柔韌性較差。其烘烤溫度一般不超過190℃，否則塗料通過鍍錫層的孔隙滲透到基體而發生熱降解作用。
