​可加入少量的亮光油調勻再塗裝以增強附著力。附著性和性好，乾燥可在環氧一酚樹脂塗料15min，主要適用於湯類、肉、負，水果等食品罐頭，也可用於各種瓶蓋的內外錶面塗層。

金油的基材一般是酚醛樹脂、聚酰胺樹脂及環氧-酚醛復合樹脂等，可用做內塗料及外飾。產品如金油DC582、DC8400W及青金底油GMD8006。

金油的黏度為45～65s（用塗4黏度計在25℃時測定，下同），使用量約為9-11g/m2；乾燥時宜在145-165℃溫度下烘乾10-12min，

否則塗層變脆，顏色變深，制罐沖壓成型時膜層易破損脫落；乾膜厚6-9μm。D840W為專用於食品罐的內塗料，青金底油GMD8006的附著力稍差，

可加入少量的亮光油調勻再塗裝以增強附著力。附著性和性好，乾燥可在環氧一酚樹脂塗料15min，主要適用於湯類、肉、負，水果等食品罐頭，也可用於各種瓶蓋的內外錶面塗層。

該塗料對酸性食品有良好的兩種樹脂的含量比例可在很大範圍內變化，雖然經調整後的配方能起到耐磷酸鹽作用，但會降低酚醇樹的附著性，

對含硫性高的食品，可加氧化鋅和鋁粉填充料，以阻止罐內壁硫化斑的產生，加入氧化鋅的塗料不適用於酸性食品，對個別綠色蔬菜會引起變色。

通常加鈦白粉填充料配製而成，有良好的柔韌性、抗硫性，主要用於蔬菜、湯類及含有硫化斑物質的食品。
