較高平滑度的材料，印跡錶面對光的反射較強，金銀色特別光亮醒目，而且網點清晰、層次豐富、色澤鮮艷。

                 包裝盒定做印刷用紙

金銀墨的金屬色澤是通過金屬微粒對光的反射作用形成的，所以需根據產品需要選擇合適的紙張，才能獲得理想的金銀色印刷效果。

紙張錶面平滑度越好，則印品的金屬光澤越好；反之如果紙張錶面粗糙多孔、質地疏鬆，金屬光澤的效果就差。

選用銅版紙、壓光白紙板效果較好，用膠版紙或凸版紙則效果較差。雖然玻璃卡紙錶面光澤度、平滑度都好，

但大面積印金銀墨會遮住紙張本身的潔白光亮度，反而削弱玻璃卡紙的特點，所以不宜選用。

有較高平滑度的材料，印跡錶面對光的反射較強，金銀色特別光亮醒目，而且網點清晰、層次豐富、色澤鮮艷。

應用於印刷金銀墨的紙張，若吸墨性能大，則油墨中的連結料會大量被吸收，雖能加快墨跡乾燥速度，但造成金、銀粉的顆粒浮在紙面，

出現印速不實、起粉、無光澤等現象。吸墨性過小，又會使墨層不易乾燥，印跡不清，嚴重時會使青面粘臟金銀墨印刷中，使用了較大黏度的連結料，

若用錶面強度較差的紙張來印刷，就會產生被油墨拉毛脫粉，影響印刷品的質量。

此外，金銀墨中使用的銅粉、鋁粉，化學性質活潑，要使紙張的pH值適中。若使用酸性較大的紙張，紙張中的酸性物質就會與金銀粉產生反應，

破壞了金屬粉末的成色，使金屬粉末變色，甚至消失，會嚴重影響產品質量。
