什麽是印刷公司的CTP版

CTP版即應用計算機直接製版技術( Computer to Plate)將圖文信息通過計算機直接發送到製版機上,並在CTP版材上直接成像,經顯影沖洗後形成可供印刷的印版


按成像原理,CTP版目前分為3類,即光敏型CTP版、熱敏型CTP版和噴墨型CTP版。光敏型CTP版又分為銀鹽擴散型和光聚合型CTP版。熱敏型CTP版又分為熱熔解型和熱交換型CTP版。而噴墨型CTP版則分為PS版型和裸版型噴墨CTP版與PS版比較,CTP版的製版過程中,不需要膠片曬版,故而信息傳遞環節少,傳遞損失小,對印刷高精度產品有較好的保證。而在整個製版過程中,因環節的減少,印刷成本也會有一些下降,印刷周期也能得到一定的縮短。不足之處在於因不再輸出膠片,質量檢查只能通過印刷後的大樣來核對付印清樣,故而相對較困難一些。另外,一旦印刷中發現CTP版有損傷,若印刷廠沒有CTP製版機,則重新補制CTP版也會費時費力。
