無線膠訂畫冊印刷對銑背的操作工藝要求

將配好書帖的書芯沿訂口部分全部銑切成單頁,並拉槽,然後用熱熔膠訂成書。這種工藝在無線膠訂聯動機上廣泛應用。用這種工藝裝訂書本產品質量好、速度快。


對銑背的工藝要求如下


①書芯訂口部位的書帖,要全部銑切為單頁。銑切的深度,三折帖書芯為2~3mm,四折帖書芯為2.5~3.5mm。這個寬度是以52g/m2的紙張為例的。如書芯用紙超過52g/m2,那麽就應增加銑切寬度。反之則應減少銑切寬度。


②書芯背脊銑切要平整,書芯頭、腳銑切寬度要一致。


③銑背刀是保證書芯銑切質量的關鍵,發現銑切後書芯發毛、不平整,應及時更換銑背刀(一般2萬~3萬冊書就應更換次)。
