數碼印刷如何處理大面積的實地色

處在基於色調復制的設備上,大面積的實地印刷是最常見的問題。在彩色數字印刷設備上,可能會由於紙張錶面的電荷及電荷自身的變化。單張紙錶面的靜電荷也可能發生某種程度上的變化,導致在實地塊上留下條痕和不平實的顏色。以前是通過在Photoshop或其他軟件在實地處產生雜點來解決這個問題的。這種問題得到數字印刷設備供應商的足夠重視,在較新的系統一般不會出現這種問題。

由於數字印刷復制大面積實地容易出現顏色不均,要避免制作大面積的純色塊和漸變色。這可以通過在 Photoshop里添加噪點(5%~10%)、選用相同顏色的圖案製作紋理等方式來改善大面積實地的復制效果。

如果要想獲得大面積的黑色實地,需要用黃、品紅、青和藍的油墨按不同的比例組成黑色實地。具體的比例可能需要與印刷設備供應商合作,在實踐中發現、尋求最佳的油墨配比。例如以60C40M、40Y、100K或者以40C、20M、20Y、100K的比例來印刷黑色這種情況在膠印時只使用黑加一點青墨(K100%+C40%),而在數字印刷中要使用所有四色才能得到比較純正的黑色(如K100%+C30%+M30%+Y30%)。
