平裝畫冊裝訂成品的質量要求

平裝畫冊裝訂成品的質量要求

(1)封面與書芯粘貼牢固,書背平直,無空泡,無皺折、變色、破損,粘口符合要求。


(2)成品尺寸符合GB788的規定,非標準尺寸按合同要求


(3)成品裁切歪斜誤差≤1.5mm


(4)成品裁切後無嚴重刀花,無連刀頁,無嚴重破頭


(5)書背字平移誤差以書背中心線為準,書背厚度在10mm及以下的成品書,書背字平移的允許誤差為≤1.0mm;書背厚度大於1mm,且小於等於20mm的成品書,書背字平移的允許誤差為≤2.0mm;書背厚度大於20mm,且小於等於30mm的成品書,書背字平移的允許誤差為≤2.5mm;書背厚度在30mm以上的成品書,書背字平移的允許誤差為≤3mm。書背字歪斜的允許誤差均比書背字平移的允許誤差小0.5mm,到


(6)成品護封上下裁切尺寸誤差≤2.0m;護封或封面勒口的折邊與書芯前口對齊,誤差≤2.0mm


(7)成品書背平直,崗線≤1.0mm。無粘壞封面,無折角,不顯露針鋸


(8)成品外觀整潔,無壓痕。
