騎馬訂畫冊印刷的聯動線

國際上無線膠訂聯動線越來越人性化,功能進一步擴大,操作愈加簡便,調機輔助時間越來越少。國產中、低速無線膠訂聯動線與國際先進機型的差距較小,而高速機的差距騎馬訂書聯動線常見有兩種形式,一種是騎馬訂書機和切書機聯線;另一種是搭頁機、騎馬訂書機和切書機聯線。前一種聯線需要手工搭頁,可稱為半自動騎訂聯動線;後種機器自動搭頁,可稱為全自動騎訂聯動線

全自動騎訂聯動線主要工藝包括:配頁、訂書和切書聯動線從搭頁開始,完成書芯和封面配頁,再到裝訂裁切至成品,經出書傳送裝置出書,全部過程連續自動完成。在騎馬訂聯動線上完成自動配頁的設備稱搭頁機搭頁機的工作其主要依靠吸嘴、叼頁輪和分頁輪來進行工作

將書帖從內折縫處分開,以便將書帖搭在集帖的三腳架上。搭頁的過程是把具有長短邊書帖放在書鬥里,吸嘴把書帖最下麵的一張書帖吸住並傾斜一個角度,再由叼頁輪上的叼牙把書帖叼住後,吸嘴立即停止吸氣,叼頁輪繼續把書帖拉出書鬥,書帖在壓帖輪和叼頁輪的作用下,在擋規處定位,然後被分帖輪上的分帖吸嘴吸開,書帖靠自重掉落到三腳架傳送鏈上。
