印刷新媒體與藝術教育關系()提高師資及軟硬件水平

就新媒體藝術教育的發展來看,師資力量是核心,硬件配置為必備條件新媒體藝術專業是文理綜合的復合型學科,需要的是新型的復合型教師,們不僅要具有專業的美術基礎和深厚的人文知識,同時要熟練使用多媒體技術,掌握制圖和設計能力。新媒體領域涉及的軟件非常多,比如“3D”方向的3DMax,Maya, AutoCAD等。由於我國藝術教育模式長期處在學院派的精英教學,導致此方面的教師知識構成和積累偏向於理論和學術化,這就無法滿足新媒體專業對技術和科技能力的要求,造成新媒體藝術教育很難得到穩定而又素質優秀的師資資源的現狀。目前採用的外聘專家和部分優秀本科畢業生相結合的解決辦法依然顯得捉襟見肘,其中最為關鍵的原因是忽視了傳統教育模式對新學科造成的嚴重阻礙。
