印刷新媒體與藝術教育關系(二)發展不平衡

雖然現在大多數高校已經開設了公共藝術課程,並努力實施教育部《全國高等學校公共藝術課程指導方案》,但是,由於受各校管理者(領導)是否重視、資金條件是否到位、師生認識是否統一等諸多因素的影響,現實中各校開設情況差異很大。如20世紀80年代,北大、清華等十餘所高校率先視藝術教育為素質教育中不可缺少的組成部分,倡導與推進公共藝術教育2005年浙江大學牽頭舉辦了“浙江省高校公共藝術教育學術論壇”,就當前高校公共藝術教育所面臨的問題、挑戰以及解決的思路進行了廣泛深入的探討,為高校公共藝術教育的發展方向起了一定的引導作用;但大量的學校存在教學設施不齊全、課程開設面很窄、隨意性很大等缺陷。
