濕壓濕印刷指的是:當印張的第一色尚未乾透時,第二印色就在其錶面又疊印上去。這種第一色未乾,第二色就開始疊印的方式,稱為濕壓濕印刷。在濕壓濕印刷中,合理地選取油墨的黏度是非常重要的,即第一印色所用油墨的黏度,一定要大於後印各色的油墨黏度。

對濕壓濕印刷,墨層疊印的理解

濕壓濕印刷指的是:當印張的第一色尚未乾透時,第二印色就在其錶面又疊印上去。這種第一色未乾,第二色就開始疊印的方式,稱為濕壓濕印刷。在濕壓濕印刷中,合理地選取油墨的黏度是非常重要的,即第一印色所用油墨的黏度,一定要大於後印各色的油墨黏度。

但是,墨層疊印良好,並不能全部歸功於油墨黏度,而應當說,油墨的黏度和墨量的多少都起著相當大的作用。

要將黏度高的油墨疊印到極稀薄的墨膜上是有一定困難的。即使後者也具有較高的黏度,也往往無濟於事。

如第一色油墨的濃度較低,所印的墨層又比較厚。那麽,要在厚墨膜的錶面疊印較稀的和濃度較高的第二色時,就有困難。


總之,要想達到良好的墨層疊印效果,對油墨的要求應當是:

①要具有恰當的黏度和濃度,且使這兩者保持高度的一致性;

②要具有適中的油墨供給量,過多、過少都不好。
