決定溶液消耗量的因素很多。如:為了達到水墨平衡,則溶消耗量與油墨的性質及印品所要求的墨層厚度有關;潤濕液的消耗量還與印版的類型及版面圖文的情況有關;因潤濕液在印刷過程中還要被蒸發吸收,所以潤濕液的消耗量又與車間溫度和紙張的性質(如乾濕度、緊密與鬆散度等)有關。

印刷機潤濕液的消耗量如何確定

制定潤濕液的消耗指標,並使其在印刷過程中發揮積極作用,這是一項比較復雜和細致的工作。


決定溶液消耗量的因素很多。如:為了達到水墨平衡,則溶消耗量與油墨的性質及印品所要求的墨層厚度有關;潤濕液的消耗量還與印版的類型及版面圖文的情況有關;因潤濕液在印刷過程中還要被蒸發吸收,所以潤濕液的消耗量又與車間溫度和紙張的性質(如乾濕度、緊密與鬆散度等)有關。



除了上述因素外,操作者必須隨時註意下述情況:


①機器的速度快,潤濕液的消耗量就大;


②機器的印刷壓力大,潤濕液的消耗率就高;


③橡皮布的硬度高低與潤濕液消耗量的大小成正比,如肖氏硬度78的橡皮布,要比橡皮布硬度為74的溶液消耗量大些。究竟潤濕液的消耗量以多少為最佳呢?目前仍然沒有一個公認的標準。但是人們卻施行著事先估計和事後調整的方法。一般說來,事後調整是比較接近消耗指標的。有一點必須明確的是:根據各種因素綜合考慮的結果,潤濕液的用量還是以少為好。
