在實際印刷中,除了油墨與潤濕液應達到平衡外,印版與潤濕液的平衡也很重要。實際印刷中,引起潤濕液與印版失衡的原因主要有三類。

在實際印刷中,除了油墨與潤濕液應達到平衡外,印版與潤濕液的平衡也很重要。實際印刷中,引起潤濕液與印版失衡的原因主要有三類。


①潤濕液過量引起的潤濕液與印版失衡。印版錶面潤濕液過多,引起油墨過度乳化,易發生花版或浮臟。正確做法應是以印版錶面不起臟為準,盡量減少潤濕液用量。


②潤濕液用量過少造成的印版與潤濕液失衡。印版錶面潤濕液過少,印版空白部分無機鹽層得不到穩定的修補和保護,鋁版基裸露,親油性增強,發生臟版現象,同時印版錶面也會受到損害。


③潤濕液酸性強弱造成的潤濕液與印版失衡。潤濕液由酸類鹽類等組成,在印刷中,具有及時補償印版錶面無機鹽保護層的作用。潤濕液酸性過強或過弱,就會形成補充過多或補充不足,導致潤濕液與印版失衡。潤濕液酸性過強,表現為印版版面起臟、墨輥脫墨、圖像發花、印品灰暗等;潤濕液酸性過弱,表現為印版版面起臟、糊版,印刷網點增大,發生油墨乳化等。


除此之外,影響潤濕液與印版平衡的因素還有,橡皮布、著水輥、印版圖文面積大小及印刷墨層的厚度等。
