什麽是潤濕液與紙張的平衡

在實際印刷中,約有10%左右的潤濕液,會經過印版橡皮布轉移到紙張上,潤濕液與紙張的平衡,可以從以下幾方面理解。


①紙張與潤濕液的平衡是一種狀態,達到平衡時,紙張含水量應該不影響套印的準確性,不影響印跡乾燥和墨色,不影響紙張的印刷性能。同時,印刷後印張解濕過程應該正常。



②紙張與潤濕液的平衡是有一定條件的,潤濕液的用量是以油墨、印版的需要量來確定的,並非以紙張的含水量來確定。在滿足油墨和印版需要量的同時,盡可能地做到紙張含水量不超過允許量。



③紙張與潤濕液之間的平衡是暫時的、動態的。



④紙張與潤濕液之間的平衡是受環境影響的。除一些技術因素影響紙張含水量外,紙張本身的親水性、環境溫度和相對濕度,隨時都影響著紙張的含水量。一般印刷車間溫度應保持在24℃左右,相對濕度應在65%左右。
