黏合劑塗布量的多少,對紙塑復合時BOPP薄膜和紙張印刷品的黏合牢度有很大關系。在一定範圍內,可以說黏合牢度與黏合劑塗布量成正比,但超過一定的範圍就不成正比例了。

印刷工藝覆膜時是否黏合劑量越大越牢固

黏合劑塗布量的多少,對紙塑復合時BOPP薄膜和紙張印刷品的黏合牢度有很大關系。在一定範圍內,可以說黏合牢度與黏合劑塗布量成正比,但超過一定的範圍就不成正比例了。

黏合劑用量過大,會造成塗布層過厚,出現兩種問題:

一是黏合劑熱固化時的內聚應力相應地大,較大的內聚應力會使BOPP薄膜產生收縮;


二是由於黏合劑塗層厚,通過乾燥烘道時,內含的有機溶劑不能徹底揮發,殘餘量大,存留在紙塑復合成品的BOP薄膜和油墨層之間,既對油墨層產生融蝕,又對BOP薄膜產生溶脹。

這兩種問題的存在,不可避免地破壞原有的黏合強度,出現條紋或龜裂狀薄膜松空的氣泡,使剝離強度降低。
