依據中華人民共和國新聞出版行業標準(CY/T2-199“印刷產品的質量評價和分等導則”的規定,印刷產品質量等級的評定原則為:

印刷產品質量的評定原則

依據中華人民共和國新聞出版行業標準(CY/T2-199“印刷產品的質量評價和分等導則”的規定,印刷產品質量等級的評定原則為:

①印刷產品質量等級的評定,主要依據印刷產品的標準水平和實物質量指標的檢測結果;容內平量的品



②印刷產品質量等級的評定,由行業歸口部門統一負責,並按國家統計部門的要求,按期上報統計結果;



③優等品和一等品等級的確認,須有國家級檢測中心、行業專職檢驗機構或受國家、行業委托的檢驗機構出具的實物質量水平的檢驗證明;合格品由企業檢驗判定;



④印刷產品質量等級評定工作中標準水平的確認,須有部級或部級以上標準化機構出具的證明;



⑤經國家、行業檢驗機構證明印刷產品的實物質量水平確已達到相應的等級水平,才可列入等級品率的統計範圍;



⑥為使印刷產品實物質量水平達到相應的等級要求,企業具有生產相應等級產品的質量保證能力。
