印刷工藝過膠覆膜機打壓力需註意什麽問題

​打壓力舉升橡膠輥前,要先啟動主機,等主機轉動後再打壓力,以保證橡膠輥軸承在受力均勻狀態下工作。壓力要打到符合壓合要求,不能過大或過小(帶有壓力裝置的機器,壓力一般為10-15M)。壓力過大時,不僅加劇機械的磨損,同時會造成覆膜產品皺褶、捲曲等;壓力過小還會影響黏合牢度。

打壓力舉升橡膠輥前,要先啟動主機,等主機轉動後再打壓力,以保證橡膠輥軸承在受力均勻狀態下工作。壓力要打到符合壓合要求,不能過大或過小(帶有壓力裝置的機器,壓力一般為10-15M)。壓力過大時,不僅加劇機械的磨損,同時會造成覆膜產品皺褶、捲曲等;壓力過小還會影響黏合牢度。

送膜時要正確使用電暈處理面,並初步調整膜面松緊度一致。註意手要離壓合輥遠點,以免被塑料薄膜帶入機器。

切邊是用專門的裝置或在一端或兩端同時對塑料薄膜的邊緣進行切割以保證正確的寬度,同時將切下的邊條纏繞在收條輥上。
