​覆膜中,要經常不斷地檢查成品的質量,隨時觀察薄膜的平展度、塗膠的均勻度、膠液的乾燥程度、烘道和熱壓滾筒的溫度、加壓滾筒的壓力及熱壓復合後的黏合牢度,

檢查過膠覆膜質量包括哪些

覆膜中,要經常不斷地檢查成品的質量,隨時觀察薄膜的平展度、塗膠的均勻度、膠液的乾燥程度、烘道和熱壓滾筒的溫度、加壓滾筒的壓力及熱壓復合後的黏合牢度,

根據黏合情況及時調整塗布的厚度、運轉的速度及壓力,既要防止放捲軸上的薄膜隨使用量的消耗直徑變小而引起線速度的變化,造成控制放捲摩擦力的不適當而薄膜會放鬆,還要註意收捲機構上收料直徑隨復合產品的纏繞增大而產生收捲摩擦力減少,造成收捲不正常。

同時要補充膠液和檢查續紙的操作,巡視整個機組,以保證復合生產的有效進行。

壓膠時,要檢查薄膜的運行情況和塗布情況,塑料薄膜在運行時要始終保持松緊一致,不出現局部塗不上的跳膠情況等。收捲要註意從機器熱壓復合滾筒出來的半成品要拉平、松緊致。收捲滾筒不可過松或過緊。

過松會收不齊,過緊會纏皺。隨著收捲軸直徑逐漸加大,收捲軸控制機構要旋緊,以保證適當的摩擦力,使收捲軸正常運轉,不致打滑。
