印刷工藝過膠覆膜機的電器部分常見問題

①覆膜機烘道結構比較簡單,常出現故障一般是因溫度高或烘道滾子上有臟物而出現薄膜起皺。

排除方法:降低烘道溫度,再用凈布擦拭烘道滾子。

②覆膜機電器控制部分分為:電控、驅動、電熱、排風四部分。經常出現的故障大部分都是電動機負荷較重、保險或交流接觸器自動斷電或燒壞,是中間繼電器自動跳開所致。


排除方法:立即停機,檢查機器電路是否缺一相電,或中間繼電器自動斷電,要維護接通電源後方能開機。
