對於需要覆膜的印刷品,在印刷時應採用快固著亮光膠印油墨。快固著亮光膠印油墨的連結料是由合成樹脂、乾性植物油、高沸點煤油及少量膠質構成。

對於需要覆膜的印刷品,在印刷時應採用快固著亮光膠印油墨。快固著亮光膠印油墨的連結料是由合成樹脂、乾性植物油、高沸點煤油及少量膠質構成。

合成樹脂是選用高熔點、高黏度的松香改性酚醛樹脂和桐油酸改性酚醛樹脂組成,其分子中含有極性基團,極性基團易於同黏合劑分子中的極性基團相擴散和滲透,並產生交聯,形成物理化學結合力,從而能夠獲得理想的覆膜效果。

同時,快固著亮光膠印油墨還具有印刷後墨層快速乾燥結膜的優勢,對覆膜十分有利。

另外,快固著亮光膠印油墨在使用時,不宜過多加放催乾劑,否則,墨層錶面會產生晶化,反而影響覆膜效果。
