覆膜車間的環境相對濕度對覆膜質量有影響,主要因為黏合劑與塑料薄膜及印刷品之間,隨空氣中相對濕度的變化而改變含水量。對濕度敏感的印刷品會因尺寸的變化而產生內應力。

覆膜車間的環境相對濕度對覆膜質量有影響,主要因為黏合劑與塑料薄膜及印刷品之間,隨空氣中相對濕度的變化而改變含水量。對濕度敏感的印刷品會因尺寸的變化而產生內應力。

如印刷品縱向伸縮率為0.5%,BOPP薄膜縱向熱收縮為4%,如果印刷品吸水量過大而伸長,和薄膜加熱收縮之間造成內應力,會導致覆膜產品捲曲、起皺、黏合不牢。



另外,在濕度較高的環境中,印刷品的平衡水分值也將改變,從空氣介質中吸收的大量水分,在熱壓復合過程中將從錶面釋放出來,停滯於黏合界面,在局部形成非黏合現象。



況且,印刷品平衡水分值的改變(從空氣介質中吸濕或向空氣介質中放濕)多發生在印刷品的邊緣,使其形成荷葉邊或緊邊,在熱壓復合中都不易同薄膜形成良好的黏合而產生皺褶,使生產不能順利進行。

所以,應力求保持覆膜操作環境潔凈,並使相對濕度控制在60%~70%範圍內。
