​金粉與銀粉都具有漂浮性和粗顆粒等特點,在連結料中分佈的均勻性及固著力極差,墨層乾燥過程中很容易從連結料中分離出來,金、銀粉會暴露於金銀墨錶面,這對印刷品的光澤效果是有利的。

專色金銀墨印刷對覆膜過膠的影響

金、銀墨分別是由金粉和銀粉與連結料調配而成的。銀粉的組成是金屬鋁;金粉的組成是金屬銅或銅合金。

金粉與銀粉都具有漂浮性和粗顆粒等特點,在連結料中分佈的均勻性及固著力極差,墨層乾燥過程中很容易從連結料中分離出來,金、銀粉會暴露於金銀墨錶面,這對印刷品的光澤效果是有利的。

但是,這種印刷產品被用於覆膜,則難以達到質量要求。

從覆膜產品表觀看,並無氣泡或皺褶,但實際上從連結料中分離並暴露於金銀墨層錶面的金、銀粉,在墨層與黏合劑層之間卻形成了一道屏障,影響著兩界面間的有效結合,形成假黏現象。

當覆膜產品放置一段時間後這種現象逐漸明顯,最終表現為覆膜產品起泡、起皺或黏合不牢。
