復合壓力是使印刷產品與塑料薄膜牢固黏合的外部力量。壓力同覆膜質量的關系是:壓力大些,有助於提高薄膜與印刷品的黏合牢固;壓力過大,容易使薄膜變形、皺褶;壓力過小,則黏合不牢。合理壓力的確定應以覆膜後印刷品與塑料薄膜黏合牢固且錶面光滑、平整為準。

印刷工藝機器壓力與覆膜的關系

復合壓力是使印刷產品與塑料薄膜牢固黏合的外部力量。壓力同覆膜質量的關系是:壓力大些,有助於提高薄膜與印刷品的黏合牢固;壓力過大,容易使薄膜變形、皺褶;壓力過小,則黏合不牢。合理壓力的確定應以覆膜後印刷品與塑料薄膜黏合牢固且錶面光滑、平整為準。

壓力不當,不但會損壞產品,同時也會磨損設備。當壓力過大時,若紙面、膜面不十分平整,或薄膜張力不一致,印刷品和薄膜都會被壓皺出現條紋,尤其是拖梢部位。

而且,由於橡膠輥錶面是彈性體,彈性體存在著彈性變形、塑性變形,隨著使用時間的增加,彈性變形量減少,而塑性變形量隨之增加,若壓力過大便會使橡膠輥受壓而變形,輥兩端的軸承因受力過大而磨損。

在實際生產中,要根據復合件的特性以及其他工藝因素條件具體調節輥壓力,如對錶面粗糙、質地鬆弛、滲透性大的紙張,壓力要求大些。

復合壓力的經驗值一般在150~250kgcm2範圍內。
