覆膜用的紙張一般是銅版紙、膠版紙和白板紙等。在覆膜時出現紙張起皺現象,一般有以下幾種情況

如何排除覆膜常皺紙

覆膜用的紙張一般是銅版紙、膠版紙和白板紙等。在覆膜時出現紙張起皺現象,一般有以下幾種情況


①車間的溫度、濕度控制不當。相對濕度過高,紙張吸潮起“荷葉邊”,造成覆膜過程中紙張起皺,因此必須嚴格控制車間的溫度、濕度。


②環境溫度過高或覆膜溫度偏高,紙張就會“緊邊”,造成紙張起皺。可用壓板壓平,覆膜前增加對紙張敲和揉的次數,並降低環境及覆膜溫度。


③滾筒壓力不均勻,造成覆膜過程中紙張起皺。遇到這種情況,應先校正滾筒壓力,然後再開機操作。


④膠輥本身不平,造成覆膜中紙張起皺。應調換新的膠輥或將舊膠輥磨平再用。


⑤膠輥上有污物,造成覆膜時紙張起皺。應該及時清洗膠輥膠輥必須經常保持清潔。


⑥拉力過大,薄膜收捲撕裂,造成覆膜時紙張起皺。應適當調整拉力。


⑦輸紙歪斜,造成覆膜時紙張起皺。操作中必須認真,使輸紙平服。
