如今檢測印刷工藝過膠的試機

覆膜產品批量是很大的,由幾千張到幾萬張,故產品質量不應忽視,在大批覆膜前,應按產品標準先做試樣檢測。《CYT7.791覆膜質量要求及檢驗方法》標準大都可以通過目測檢驗出產品質量。對於黏合牢度等,可以採用下述簡便方法測試並判斷是否合格。


開始試機覆膜時,抽出被檢測樣張,用手撕開塑料薄膜與印刷品的黏合層,若印刷品錶面圖像印跡隨膠層一同轉移到薄膜上來則說明印刷品與薄膜黏合良好,為合格產品。有條件的單位,可在實驗室內用拉力機進行測試。


進行烘烤試驗:將覆膜產品試樣放入恆溫箱內,以60~65℃溫度烘烤約30min,若不起泡、不脫層、不起皺則為合格產品。進行水泡試驗:將覆膜產品試樣放入冷水中浸泡2h,薄膜與印刷品若不分離則為合格。


覆膜產品達到上述要求後,方可投入大批生產。
