印刷工藝覆膜常見黏合不良的解決


①黏合劑選擇不當,塗膠量設定不當,配比計量有誤。應準確確定黏合劑牌號和塗覆量。


②稀釋劑中含有消耗NCO基的醇和水,使主劑的羥基不反應應使用高純度(99.5%)的醋酸乙酯


③印刷品錶面有噴粉。應用布輕擦。


④印刷品墨層太厚。應增加黏合劑塗布量,增大壓力。


⑤印刷品墨層未乾或未乾徹底。應先熱壓一遍再上膠,選擇固體含量高的黏合劑,增加黏合劑塗布厚度,增加烘乾道溫度等。


⑥黏合劑被印刷油墨及紙張吸收,使塗覆量不足。應重新設定配方和塗覆量


⑦塑料薄膜錶面處理不夠或超過使用期,使處理面失效。應更換塑料薄膜。


⑧壓力偏小,車速較快,溫度偏低。應提高覆膜溫度和壓力適當降低車速。
