平版膠印在香煙包裝印刷中的應用【步殼印刷】


平版膠印工藝應該說是較為成熟的一種印刷工藝，特別是在階調層次豐富的印刷品復制上，均有一套規範化，數據化的方法，然面，煙包印劇並不僅僅是產品階調的再現，它還涉及大量的專色復制，如大面積的紅色實地，金銀色，珠光效果等。由於專色（特別是 實地專色）對飽和度和亮度的要求較高，而膠印在印刷實地時，因受到墨層厚度的限制，往往達不到所要求的效果。為達到目的，通常採用“先深後淡”兩次印刷的方法來實現，這就要求煙標設計時要盡可能避免在實地版上樓空文字，以免增加套印難度。另外，煙包印刷對顏色的穩定性（一致性）要求較高，膠印由於存在油墨乳化，墨路也比較長，影響色穩定的因素較多，要達到上述要求也有一定的難度
