全息圖的模壓復制【步殼印刷】


模壓復制是形成激光彩虹全息模壓圖片的最後一道工序，其基本工藝過程是：將全息金屬模壓版安裝在壓印機上，將其加熱到一定的溫度，以一定的壓力在熱塑性材料（一般採用高質量的聚氯乙烯薄膜或聚酯類塑料薄膜）上壓印，即可把全息金屬模壓版上精細的浮雕條紋（即全息圖）轉印到熱塑性材料錶面，待冷卻定型和分離後，熱塑性材料錶面就形成了與全息金屬模壓版上完全相同的條紋，即製成了可在普通白光下再現的激光彩虹全息模壓圖片。由於白光中的每一種波長的光都會被圖片上的乾涉條紋所衍射，因此，在不同的角度觀看時，有不同顏色的再現圖像
