壓印工藝主要包括分切和壓印兩個工序字


（1）分切。將寬幅材料分切成所需寬度的窄幅材料，寬度至少要比成品寬20mm左右，分切好的窄幅材料要求端面整齊，捲曲張力合適


（2）模壓。全息標識的模壓復制是通過裝有金屬模壓版的壓印裝置在壓印機上完成壓印的，壓印按照熱壓、冷卻、剝離的工藝順序進行。模壓復制有兩種基本的加工方式：平壓和滾壓，不同的壓印方式有不同的專用設備

①平壓。平壓屬於間歇式生產方式，加壓時整個金屬模壓版錶面同時受壓。平壓加工對金屬模壓版要求很高，要求模壓版厚度要均勻，否則無法得到高質量的產品。平壓雖然效率較低，但只要模壓版質量高，完全可以得到高質量的全息標識產品

②滾壓。滾壓有圓壓平和圓壓圓兩種形式。圓壓平屬於間歌式生產方式，效率較低但可以生產面積較大的模壓全息標識；圓壓圓屬於連續性生產方式，生產效率高，並且可以生產很大，轉印是用間接手法借助於帶有全息圖像的轉印材料，在物體上印出圖像的復制方式用於需要大量復制全息產品的場合。
