鋁薄板分為純鋁薄板和鋁合金薄板兩種，其力學性能和耐蝕性有所不同。鋁板經反復冷軋材料便會變脆，因此，對鋁薄板應進行調質處理。

                      步殼印刷鍍鋅鐵板


在冷軋鋼板上鍍以熔融鋅即成為鍍鋅鐵板，在鍍鋅鐵板上鍍以著色的塗料即成為著色鋅板從日本進口的鋅鐵板，


鋅的附著量可分為4種，即183g/m2、224g/m2305g/m3g/m2。牆壁裝飾用一般選用183g/m2以上的鋅鐵板，屋頂裝飾用一般選用22ym以上的鋅鐵板，以上參數可供使用時參考。


鋁薄板分為純鋁薄板和鋁合金薄板兩種，其力學性能和耐蝕性有所不同。鋁板經反復冷軋材料便會變脆，因此，對鋁薄板應進行調質處理。


此外，在進行塗布或印刷時，會因溫度的升高而產生軟化現象，所以，應根據使用目的不同合理選擇鋁板的材質。


作為包裝材料，鋁薄板具有優良的特性。與馬口鐵和TS鋼板相比，其重量輕13，不會像鐵板那樣，著色後生成氧化物；


鋁板的錶面反射率較高，印刷適性較好，錶面處理谷易，由自然發色或人工著色處理後可得到鮮艷的色彩效果。另外其傳熱性能好，


不會因金屬離子的析出產生金屬惡味，因此在金屬印刷中，鋁薄板的應用比較普遍。常見容器用鋁材的化學組分。
